Who's eligible?
In order to be eligible for citizenship in St Kitts and Nevis, you must be of outstanding character, have a clean criminal record, be in excellent health, be over 18 years of age and make a qualifying investment.
As per regulations published on 19 July 2023, all main applicants must partake in a mandatory interview (either virtual or in-person) as part of the application process to St Kitts and Nevis’ Citizenship by Investment Program. Additionally, dependents aged 16 and over may be asked to participate in an interview as part of the application process.
Investment options
Invest in the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC)
Make a minimum financial contribution of $250,000 to the Sustainable Island State Contribution. Additional fees apply.
Invest in real estate
Make a minimum investment of $400,000 in shares of high-end real estate, purchase a condominium unit for a minimum of $400,000, or purchase a private house worth $800,000 or more. Properties can be resold after seven years.
Make a Public Benefit Investment
Invest a minimum of $250,000 to support a project, previously approved by the government, that benefits the population of St Kitts and Nevis.
