Who is eligible for the Golden Quay Visa Abu Dhabi?

There are two categories for eligible candidates, including:

  • Private yacht owners with vessels measuring 40 meters and above
  • Key executives in the yachting industry, such as CEOs, central yacht agents, major shareholders of yacht-building companies, yacht service providers, and yacht insurance providers.

Additionally, successful applicants have the opportunity to invite their family members to join on the UAE Superyacht Golden Visa.

Getting Nominated for the UAE Superyacht Golden Visa

Applications operate via a nomination system. Candidates are recommended by Yas Marina, after which the Abu Dhabi Investment Office processes the Golden Visa application.
